Our payments are made through Multisafepay. This is a payment provider that offers many payment options such as IDEAL, paying by QR code, credit cards, wire transfer and a host of other methods.

If letter post is chosen, we will ship the order the same day if it is placed before 5 p.m. In 98% of cases, the order is delivered by PostNL the next day with the exception of Mondays. Orders placed on Friday before 5 p.m. will in principle be delivered on Saturday but everything after that until Monday 5 p.m. will not be delivered until Tuesday. Sometimes mailbox delivery can take a little longer.

If you want more security, choose a mailbox package with track and trace or a package with signature for receipt. These are delivered all days,  except Sunday.

We are going to process your order the same day. We will also send you a confirmation email (also, always check your spam or junk mail folder if you haven’t received anything). If you have chosen a mailbox package with track and trace or a package with signature for receipt you will also receive an email with the tracking number. 

Yes indeed! After we process and ship your order, the invoice will be sent by mail. If you haven’t received anything, also check your spam or junk mail folder.

Did you get a double charm for your birthday or from St. Nicholas? No worries! Please let us know by email if you want to exchange the charm or cancel the order. Please include your order number. Send your order back to us by mail and we will take care of the rest for you within 2 weeks anyway.
