About stock & assortment
Every product on the website is basically in stock. If a product is out of stock, it is no longer visible. It only becomes visible again once there is stock of it. If the chosen charm cannot be shipped due to a stock discrepancy, it will be redelivered as soon as possible.
All charms and charms are made of stainless steel (SS).
Italian Bracelet specializes in, the name says it all, offering Italian Charm Bracelets. We are continually expanding the range of charms (charms) with new beautiful designs so there is plenty for everyone to choose from.

About ordering & paying
Our payments are made through Multisafepay. This is a payment provider that offers many payment options such as IDEAL, credit cards, bank transfer, Belfius, MisterCash and a host of other methods.
We also offer as payment methods Klarna (payment upon receipt) and PayPal.
We are going to process your order the same day. We will also send you a confirmation email (also, always check your spam or junk mail folder if you haven’t received anything). If you have chosen a mailbox package with track and trace or a package with signature for receipt you will also receive an email with the tracking number.
If you ordered outside the Netherlands, your order will be shipped as a mailbox package with tracking. So you will always receive an email with the tracking number.
Yes indeed! After we process and ship your order, the invoice will be sent by mail. If you haven’t received anything, also check your spam or junk mail folder.
You can use the discount code if you have received a gift certificate with a unique discount code from Italian Bracelet. You enter the code at checkout. The amount on the voucher will then be deducted from the total amount.
The gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash, nor can change or a credit be given. So make sure your gift certificate is fully made up! The gift certificate is valid for 2 years.
About shipping & receiving
From 25 Euro including VAT we ship your order for free within the Netherlands. The order always fits through the mailbox so you never have to stay home for it.
In addition, we have a choice of shipping methods:
- 2,50 Euro Letterbox envelope with stamps
- 4,95 Euro Letterbox envelope with tracking
- 6,95 Euro Package with tracking and signature for receipt
Italian Bracelet sells throughout the EU. If you live outside the Netherlands, the different shipping methods and costs will be displayed at checkout after you enter your destination country.
Orders outside the Netherlands are always shipped as a letterbox package with tracking. The cost never exceeds between 4.5 and 7 Euro.
If letter post is chosen, we will ship the order the same day if it is placed before 5 p.m.
In the Netherlands, in 98% of cases PostNL delivers the order the next day with the exception of Mondays and Sundays. Orders placed on Friday before 5 p.m. will in principle be delivered on Saturday but everything after that until Monday 5 p.m. will not be delivered until Tuesday. Sometimes mailbox delivery can take a little longer.
If you want more security, choose a mailbox package with track and trace or a package with signature for receipt. These are delivered all days except Sunday.
If you live outside the Netherlands then it depends on where you live. There are 3 zones:
- EUR1 takes 2-5 working days(AT/BE/CZ/DE/FR/LU/PL)
- EUR2 takes 4-7 business days (DK/ES/HU/PT/RO/SE/SK)
- EUR3 takes 6-9 working days (BG/CY/EE/EL/FI/HR/IE/IT/LT/LV/MT/SI)
These are guide times; of course it may take a little longer due to mis-sorting or delays due to weather conditions, strikes and the like.
About returns & exchanges
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the product. Please let us know by email(info@italianbracelet.nl) or by phone (+31 (0)24-3446254) that you want to return the product and receive a refund. Happy to hear what your order number is.

Please note that if paid with a gift certificate you will also receive a gift certificate in return.
If you accidentally received duplicate charms as a gift, you can exchange them without any problem if they are unused and new.

About defects & warranty
Our charms are partially handmade so there may be slight differences in colors and/or images from what is shown on the website. This does not fall under a defect because it is handwork.
We check all charms anyway for quality and discrepancies before we ship them. If a charm is defective please return it in a stamped mailbox envelope. We will send you a new one and refund the postage (the cost of the stamp).
Our Italian Bracelets and charms are made of high quality stainless steel (Stainless Steel) and will last a long time with normal use.
We provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage from daily use such as scratches and scuffs are not covered by the warranty. Defects caused by inserting charms into your Italian Bracelet incorrectly, or with too much force, are also not covered by the warranty. You can see this by inflections on the hook or hole of the charms.

Do you have a complaint? Even then you can send us an email. We will investigate the complaint and then at least let you know within a week.
Other questions
No, Italian Bracelet is NOT a dropshipper like some of our competitors.
All charms we supply from our own stock and thus we do NOT do dropshipping.
With dropshippers, not only do you often have to wait a very long time for your order, but since July 2021 it is mandatory to pay import duties and VAT (21%) on packages coming from outside the EU.
In addition, carriers also charge a flat fee for handling this, and this is usually a much higher amount on top of import duties and/or VAT (PostNL, for example, charges 6 Euros for handling).
When shopping always read the fine print if it is not clear how long it will take to receive your package.
Also, if there is no phone number, address, VAT number or Chamber of Commerce number listed with the contact information pay attention.
Italian Bracelet is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 92836143 and is also registered with the tax authorities under VAT number NL004979894B71.
